As you all know, Valentine's day is on february the fourteenth. We are going to get some posts about this topic, but to begin with here you are two videos from a love song you all know: "I'm a believer". The first version is the one you know, performed by Smash Mouth and recorded in 2001. It was part of the Shrek film soundtrack.

The second version is the original one.It was composed in 1966 by the musician Neil Diamond for a television series music group "The Monkees". It was a fake group, because it didn't really exist. They were just actors, not singers or musicians. Their songs were performed by different session musicians each time, and they only played them back.
